Pre-registration Fee $20 includes lunch and packet. 

Late registration is $25 if you register after February 21, 2007, which includes lunch and packet as long as supplies last.  Lunch cannot be guaranteed for participants registering the day of the workshops.  Also, registration is limited to the first 120 received.
